Negotiation preparation
Preparation and planning for negotiations can be as simple as planning the "what?" and the "how?" The 'what?' Is the objectives. What do we want to achieve and what does the other party want to achieve? The 'how?' is the way that we plan to manage the process and persuade the other party. Obviously that is a simplification, but if you have a good understanding of these two things, you will be in a better position that someone who does not. And many people do not.
